These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 588wan ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://588wan.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through it (collectively, the "Services").

588wan is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed for Pakistani users. The platform provides access to sports betting, live casino products, slot games, instant games, and responsible gambling guidance — all presented in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with contextual information relevant to users in Pakistan.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Services. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any applicable amendments to these Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To create and maintain a 588wan Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or by the operator's licensing requirements, whichever is greater. 588wan strictly prohibits access to minors. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not access the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether the Services are lawful in your location. 588wan makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
• Own Identity: You must register only in your own name. You may not register on behalf of another person, use another person's identity, or allow another person to use your Account.
• Not a Platform Employee: Employees, contractors, directors and officers of 588wan or its affiliated companies, along with their immediate family members, are ineligible to hold a User Account.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

588wan reserves the right to verify the identity of any User at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges, account restrictions, or account closure. Any funds held in an account closed for failure to verify will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify 588wan support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Subject to these Terms, 588wan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Resell, sub-licence or commercially exploit any part of the Services;
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers or other tools to access, scrape or interact with the Services without prior written consent;
• Systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or service;
• Modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on the Platform's software or content.

All betting and gaming activity on 588wan is conducted on an individual basis for entertainment purposes. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. The outcome of all games and wagers involves an element of chance, and you acknowledge that you may lose all Real-Money Funds deposited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating any person, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, using matched-betting strategies that violate specific offer terms, or manipulating wagering requirements through low-risk hedging strategies where prohibited by the specific offer terms.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. All suspicious financial activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Collusion: Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Software Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider after depositing and using funds. Outstanding chargeback amounts will be treated as a debt owed to 588wan.
• Threatening Conduct: Threatening, harassing or abusing 588wan staff, agents or other Users in any communication channel.

All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and Account verification tier, and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment rails for contextual information only. Their names do not imply that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling services. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to the cashier at the time of use, and 588wan does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular method.

Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods or accounts that have been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 588wan reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

Processing times for withdrawals are indicative only and are subject to the payment method, operator processing queue, compliance screening, and your KYC verification status. 588wan does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.

Bonus offers and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General principles applicable to all bonuses on 588wan include the following:

• All bonus amounts and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the expiry period stated in the offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry if requirements are not completed.
• A maximum bet restriction applies during bonus play. Placing a bet that exceeds the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the relevant offer's terms and should be reviewed before play.

You are granted a limited licence to view and use content on the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 588wan.

The 588wan name, logo and all associated marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 588wan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

588wan does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 588wan is licenced and registered as an operator. For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, this does not constitute any admission that online gambling is lawful under Pakistani law, and users bear sole responsibility for compliance with applicable local legislation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in the operator's licensing jurisdiction, unless prohibited by applicable mandatory law.
